About Printing

Process:

1. In-Mold Labeling (IML)
IML integrates the label directly into the plastic during the molding process. A pre-printed label with a special coating is inserted into the mold cavity before plastic injection. Molten plastic bonds with the label, creating a seamless, permanent finish.
 
2. Heat Transfer Printing
Heat transfer involves applying a pre-printed film (usually with a heat-sensitive adhesive) to the plastic using heat and pressure. The design transfers from the film to the container, creating detailed, full-color images.
 
3. Silk Screen Printing
Screen printing uses a mesh stencil (screen) to transfer ink directly onto the plastic surface. A squeegee presses ink through the open areas of the screen, creating sharp, opaque prints. This method is ideal for bold, high-contrast designs with limited colors.

Our factory is located in Nanjing, China, a very beautiful historical city. It takes about 30mins by speed train from Shanghai Airport to our city. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory anytime.

Yes, we can provide free samples for you to test, you are more than welcome to request samples from us. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 2~5 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 5~10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.But we will arrange production and transportation for you as soon as possible.
Q: What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept various payment methods including T/T. LC,DP, DA .
Payment <$5000, 100% TT in advance.

A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, ect.
